Payment Methods

Paying at Boldhead should take seconds and leave no questions. This page explains what we accept, how your payment is protected and what happens if something goes wrong.

What we accept

You can pay with any of the following:

The options available to you are shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

How your payment is protected

Every transaction is handled by Shopify Payments, which meets PCI-DSS requirements, and the whole checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption. Your full card number and payment credentials never touch our servers; they go straight to the payment processor.

Prices and what you are charged

All prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Shipping is free, so the total you see at checkout is the product price plus any applicable sales tax, and that total is displayed before you place the order. There are no hidden fees and nothing is added afterwards. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed.

After you pay

A confirmation email is sent as soon as the payment goes through. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder; if it is still missing, write to support@boldhead.net and we will resend it.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing name and address match what your card issuer has on file.
• Make sure the card has sufficient funds and has not expired.
• Ask your bank whether a restriction or fraud check is blocking the charge.
• Try another of the payment methods listed above.
