Are the fitness accessories suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most of our bands, grips and mats come in a range of resistance levels or sizes, and each product page states the specification so you can pick the right one for your level.

Are the bottles and tumblers dishwasher safe?

It depends on the material — check the care note on each product page. Stainless steel insulated bottles are usually hand-wash only to protect the vacuum seal; most plastic and glass bottles are top-rack safe.

Will the travel accessories pass airline cabin rules?

Our packing cubes, toiletry bottles and organisers are sized for carry-on use. Liquid containers are listed with their capacity so you can match them to the 3.4 oz / 100 ml rule.

Which devices do the tech accessories work with?

How much does shipping cost?

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item — not for change of mind. We cover the return shipping on approved returns, and refunds reach your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.

My parcel arrived damaged — what now?

Report it within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
