Gear that is meant to move should not sit around, so every Boldhead order is handed to the carrier within 0-1 business days and lands 2-3 business days later. The tracking number goes out by e-mail the moment your parcel leaves. Paste it below to open the carrier's live tracking page, or sign in to see all your orders in one place.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after checkout
- Order confirmation arrives within minutes, with your order number.
- Shipping confirmation follows when the parcel is on its way — that is the e-mail with the tracking number and a direct link.
- Carrier updates then show every scan until delivery.
If the tracking has stalled
Give the first scan up to 24 hours to appear. If the status has not moved for several days, or the parcel reads as delivered and is not with you, e-mail support@boldhead.net with your order number: we open a trace with the carrier straight away and replace or refund anything that turns out to be lost.
